Meet the Mabel’s Labels Ladies…Make sure to check out there site www.mabel.ca .My kids used them at camp this summer! They are an amazing product!
We are moms who were frustrated by the amount of stuff that left our houses, never to return. After lots of research and testing we created the perfect fun, durable labels for the stuff kids lose! Our sticky labels and clothing labels, which are dishwasher, microwave and laundry safe, are not only practical, but also designed to be very special to each child. The labels are customized with a child’s name, favourite mix of colours and an icon (animal, symbol, etc.). We have also expanded our product line to include personalized stationery products, ID wristbands and household labels. We strive to continuously design innovative labels for babies, kids and grown-ups alike. You’ll be amazed at what you can label!

Julie Cole is the face of Mabel’s. She has SIX kids…yes ladies SIX! She is an amazing woman. Check out her blog if you would like to learn more about this amazing mom! http://www.mabelhood.com/

What a better guinea pig to try out my new POWER FAN (hahaha). Thank you Lesley for being such a great sport and a lot of fun! I love you so very much!

- Julie! I absolutely love this session! Love the fan shot - that of course is my absolute favourite! Who ever gave you that wonderful idea of using a fan in your photo shoots? :o) I also love that mirrored effect - Gorgeous! And you couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous model! Les - you look hot!October 24, 2009 - 10:41 am
- Hilarious - the power fan was was so dramatic and when it was taken away for the "toned down part" of the session, it was like America's Next Top Model atmosphere was gone. Thanks Julie for the fun time, I know my little bumpkin will appreciate these pictures one day.October 24, 2009 - 6:23 pm

I had the opportunity to capture the very first professional photographs of Joel & Michelle Augé’s precious little girl Addison. Joel is a Canadian Christian musician and song writter and is best known for his song ”So Deep In Love,” the first single from his debut album, On The Blue. You can check out this song on http://www.myspace.com/joelauge. It is one of my favourites. He is up for MALE VOCALIST OF THE YEAR, RECORDED SONG OF THE YEAR for the song Glory Glory & SONG OF THE YEAR, Glory Glory from the GMC awards. Take a look at his beautiful family! Congratulations Joel & Michelle, Addison is a beauty!

“Whatido” is an exciting new program designed to celebrate both the personal and professional calling of christian men and women in their workplace. I was asked to be featured in a segment last November and now the show is moving to a new half hour program. Brigitte Foisy and I will be on the first episode. For those of you who do not know, I was a very rebellious teen with a lot of anger toward my family. I was out of control and into many things that I shouldn’t have been…. which led to being kicked out of my home at the age of 15. At 18 (still very angry & rebellious) I attended a church play with my Dad and at the end I realized my need for Jesus and asked him to come into my life. A year and four months later, after a lot of searching and analyzing, my life was dramatically changed. I felt God’s Love in my life and was instantly healed of all of my addictions, anger, and bad habits. I was a new person through Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). My parents couldn’t be happier as I asked them for forgiveness for the way that I had treated them. Their angry bitter child was now a new person full of LOVE , JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GENTLENESS and SELF CONTROL. (Don’t get me wrong…I am still FAR from perfect) I went back to school, got a full time job, met my eventual husband (Jesus had also changed his life), got married, and had three beautiful children in a very short amount of time (three kids in two and a half years). I fell instantly in love with them and wanted to document every moment of their life on film. I would set up backdrops, and take photo after photo but never thought of it as a career until a girlfriend of mine from up north come over for a play date with her son. She was showing pictures that she had done by a professional photographer in her home studio. I took a look and said “WOW, I can do better than these ….This is it! This is what I am going to do!” It has now been 8 years since my business was established and I ‘ve been priveledged to be voted number one in Burlington for the last four years for best Photographer and best studio. Thank you so much to all who have supported me throughout the years! The name “Vine Images” comes from the Scripture verse John 15:5. ”I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” All the images that I capture are of God’s creation (God’s Images) and I love it!!!! People are beautiful!!! If you would like to read my full story please go to Pages Link Above and then click on “My Story”. Here are a few pictures of the taping.
I would love to hear from you! If you could take some time to email me or make a comment below I would greatly appreciate it! (please note that comments take a day to process.)
